At Real Life Church, we believe leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about serving people with love, integrity, and grace. Our team is made up of everyday people who are passionate about pointing others to Jesus and building a church where everyone feels like family. We don’t have it all figured out, but we’re committed to walking with you as we follow Him together.
Pastor Zach has served in ministry in various capacities for most of his life. He served as Worship Pastor in Colorado, then as an Associate Pastor in Idaho, and now as the Lead Pastor at Real Life Church here in Bigfork, Montana. His heart for the church is rooted in Ephesians 3: that we would grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ. He leads with a desire to help people know God through His Word and walk in an active, passionate relationship with Him.
Zach is a storyteller — known for teaching the Bible verse by verse with clarity, depth, and the occasional well-timed joke. He brings Scripture to life in a way that helps people truly enter the story and experience God’s heart through it.
He has a heart for prayer, loves to see people grow in their gifts, and is passionate about building a church that feels like family, where everyone is welcome and has a place to belong, no matter what their story.
Originally from just outside New York’s Adirondack Park, Zach grew up with a deep love for both God and His creation. He now calls the Flathead Valley home and enjoys exploring its beauty with his family — often pointing out how creation reflects the glory of our Creator.
Zach has been happily married since 2009 to his wife, Sara. Together, they’re raising three energetic and wonderful boys: Malachi, Jude, and Everett.
Atlee grew up unchurched and responded to the Holy Spirit's call to saving faith in Jesus while in his early 20s. He loves studying the Scriptures and praying with and for others. His favorite verse is Colossians 3:2: "Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth."
He and his amazing wife, Lynne, have been happily married since 1986.
Benjamin was blessed to learn about and believe in Christ at a young age. He has a heart to serve and protect. He joined the United States Army at eighteen years old and was trained in the finance sector. Through his service, he earned a Master’s degree in Accounting.
God moved his family to Montana in 2021. He is faithfully serving in this season as an elder and treasurer at Real Life Church. Benjamin works locally in the Flathead Valley as an accountant. He is married to his lovely wife, Lindsey Rae, and together they have two young children.
Benjamin is passionate about his personal relationship with Jesus, his family, hunting, and motorcycling. He desires for everyone to experience the freedom found in Christ.
A couple of his favorite Bible verses are:
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good, acceptable and perfect.”
Romans 12:2
And:
“You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.”
Galatians 5:13
Lindsey Rae grew up in Kansas and has lived on both the East and West Coasts. In 2021, God moved her family to Bigfork, Montana. She has a passion to ensure that every child “grows in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 3:18).
She believes it is an honor to serve the next generation and to partner with parents to “train up a child in the way he should go” (Proverbs 22:6a).
She is deeply thankful that the Lord has provided an amazing team of faithful teachers who pour the truth about Jesus into children each week. She finds joy in seeing others live authentically for Christ, gathering regularly to build each other up and to testify to the good things God has done, is doing, and will do.
Lindsey Rae has been married to her husband, Benjamin, since 2013 and feels blessed to homeschool their daughter and son. She delights in motorcycling, line dancing, singing, and teaching God’s Word.
